Who we are. Leadership Lens Academy ("we", "us"), founded by Funke Olaonipekun, runs this website and The Leadership Lens newsletter. You can reach us at hello@leadershiplensacademy.org.
What we collect. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and any details you choose to give us. If you buy a paid resource, payment is handled by our checkout provider — we never see or store your card details.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis. We use your email to send you the newsletter and the resources you ask for. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you subscribe and can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
Who processes your data. Your email address is managed by Kit, our email service provider. We also use trusted third-party providers for website hosting and secure payment processing. Each is bound by its own safeguards and data-processing terms, and we only share what is needed to provide the service. Details of our current providers are available on request.
How long we keep it. We keep your details for as long as you stay subscribed. Unsubscribe and ask us to delete your data, and we will.
Your rights. Under UK and EU data protection law you can access, correct, delete, or move your data, and object to how we use it. Email us to exercise any of these rights.
Cookies & tracking. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are served through a privacy-friendly provider that does not log your IP address or set cookies.
